Organza White RIbbon finishes off this card.Welcome to the November 2012 Tour de Freaks Blog Hop! We are so excited to have you join us today. The card still needed something so I stamped the 2 little hearts from the Hello Life set in Calypso Coral and then drew stitching lines around the edge with my Real Red Stampin' Write marker, then mounted the 4×4 white piece on a folded Real Red card.Īfter stamping the Dotty Angles dots on this whisper white square, I mounted it on a folded Calpyso Coral folded card using Stampin' Dimensionals, then placed the white heart back inside the opening. (my current favorite happy color combo!).Īs I assembled the cards, I placed the hearts back in the heart openings… one is recessed and one is raised up with Stampin' Dimensionals.Įach card is stamped with the LOVE greeting from the Hello Life stamp set (pg 6 Occasions catalog) in Real Red ink. I used the Stampin' Up! hearts framelits to die cut a heart in the center of two 4×4 pieces of Whisper White cardstock, then I removed the hearts and stamped one frame piece and 1 heart piece with the dots from Dotty Angles in Real Red and Calypso Coral ink. My next project is something I've had in my mind for a few weeks. Project #2 and 3: Dotty Angles Heart Cards I added a strip of designer paper from the Stacked with Love paper stack in the Occasions catalog and some black 1/8" tafetta ribbon to add pops of color.Ī sweet little heart button from the Sweet Dreams Button package tied with Black and White Bakers Twine finishes off this sweet greeting. I punched a 2" circle out of the embossed piece and we stamped the "so sweet" and the hearts on the white card so that they would show through the circle opening. ![]() The card base is Whisper White, the pink piece is Pink Pirouette embossed with the new Stampin' Up! Happy Heart embossing folder and the Big Shot. This sweet 4×4 heart note card was one of the projects that I made "live" with my Luv 2 Stamp Group of demonstrators when we met via the internet this past weekend. You have probably reached me after visiting the amazing Connie Babbert's blog, and if not, be sure to travel backwards on the tour and visit her! □ ![]()
